What payment options are available?
Our preferred payment option is EFT transfer / Bank Wire. We also accept payment via Credit card. We do not accept cash.
How much does it cost to rent your properties? A 2 night stay is possible for most houses. Please enquire.
How much do we pay upon booking? When booking online, you will be charged a 50% deposit of the total amount of the booking. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Add-ons
What do we need to bring? Each property is fully self contained. Blankets and pillows are provided. All linen is provided and included in the cleaning fee.

Bookings
How do we know when our booking is confirmed? We will sent you an official confirmation via email. Availability is not guaranteed until you have received this from our office and a deposit has been paid.

When should we make our reservation? We accept bookings up to 9 months in advance and recommend you book as soon as possible. Popular periods such as School Holidays, Easter and Christmas book out far in advance.
Do we need to tell you if extra people will be staying? Yes you will need to indicate this at the time of booking.

Check In / Out
How do we check in? Key lock boxes are installed at all properties. You will receive the code to the lock box a week before check in.
What time do we check in? Check in time is from 3pm onwards.
Can we have an early check in? This is subject to availability. Please ask us in office hours 3 days prior to your arrival. If you wish to check in from 12pm, a $50 dollar surcharge applies.
What time do we check out? Check out is on or before 10.00am. It is important that you check out on time, allowing cleaning to take place before the next guests arrive.
Can we have a late check out? This is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged, during office hours. If a late check-out of 12noon is possible, a $50 dollar surcharge applies.
Do we need to clean the property when we leave? You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure however you are required to leave the property in a similar state as to how you found it upon your arrival. In the house you rented you will find instructions on how to leave the house.
